Level 3 Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic staff team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a dedicated teaching assistant who is looking to develop further and join our growing school. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Principal, staff and community of Buckton Fields to provide outstanding learning experiences as part of our team. The role will include supporting the class teacher, delivering interventions, teaching small groups of children and covering our Key Stage One classes. Training will be provided for the successful candidate and a commitment to CPD. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can add to our fun and dynamic team. Buckton Fields Primary School opened in 2021 and in September, we will have Reception - Year 4 children.

As a two-form entry school, the successful candidate will work in partnership with our team, Principal and Trust to provide outstanding learning experiences. Our staff well-being is extremely important to us and we offer a well-being package for our staff team. Every member of staff will have access to a team of in-house wellbeing experts offering a range of services including counselling, nurses and physiotherapists as well as a 24 hour, 365 days a year GP helpline.

As a new primary school, Buckton Fields provides state of the art facilities and the opportunity to be part of a very exciting journey from the outset.
