To be considered for the role you should have:

• A minimum of three years of experience of working in a school environment.
• A good knowledge of the National Curriculum and how children learn is essential.
• A true passion for providing the best possible learning environment for all learners.
• The ability to build positive relationships with all children, their families and colleagues.
• Level 3 qualification.
• A commitment to further professional development and enrichment activities.
