We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and energetic teaching assistants who are willing to work throughout the school to support our teachers in securing high quality learning and life skills achievement. You need to be conscientious, willing to learn new skills, fit and motivated, and able to work as part of a team. These roles have the same responsibilities and attract the same hourly salary and comprehensive training as our full-day teaching assistants - they are not traditional "playground supervisor" positions. Experience of working with children/young people, adults with learning difficulties/cognitive impairment or in a care environment is preferred, but a commitment to improving the life outcomes for young people is key. The role includes working with young people with challenging behaviour, so physical and emotional resilience is required.
