What skills and experience we're looking for
Needed to start ASAP - Term time only - Permanent - Monday to Friday 12.00 to 1.45pm - 8.75 Hours per week
Are you passionate about working with children and creating a safe, enjoyable environment during lunchtimes? Churchend Primary Academy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Lunchtime Controller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Superviseand ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during the lunch break.
- Encourage positive behaviour and assist with resolving minor issues in a calm and supportive manner.
- Support children in the dining hall, including helping with meals and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Engage with children in play activities to create an enjoyable and inclusive atmosphere.
What we are looking for:
- A caring and approachable individual who enjoys working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
