What skills and experience we're looking for

Holy Family are looking for an enthusiastic lunchtime organiser to join our happy and successful school with Christ at the centre.  You will join a supportive and hard-working team who work together to achieve the best for our pupils.   

The role is to work with and support children throughout the lunchtime period.  The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an orderly atmosphere, encourage and facilitate appropriate play and conduct during play times and supervise the children while they are eating their lunch.    

The successful candidate will need to: 

  • Demonstrate a commitment to our Catholic ethos 

  • Have high expectations of behaviour and conduct 

  • Demonstrate an ability to work as a team
