Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

Merryfields School is a 113-place Generic Special School for children aged 4-11 years in Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-Lyme; we are part of Manor Hall Academy Trust.

We provide a safe, stimulating and caring environment in which we give children the best possible start to their education. Staff work hard to maintain a friendly, inclusive and professional atmosphere where nurturing our children’s love of learning is at the heart of everything that we do.

As Lunchtime Supervisor, your responsibilities will include supporting our children in the dining room and assisting with their independence. The role will also include supervising and organising games and activities that interest and engage our children. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, have a willingness to learn.

You will work alongside our friendly team of lunchtime supervisors under the direction of Senior Staff. You will work 7.5 hours per week between 11:45am and 1:15pm Monday to Friday.
