What skills and experience we're looking for
As part of this role, you will;
- Oversee children at lunchtime and lead play activities.
- Listen to the children and encourage their play, but also has the necessary skills to maintain discipline in the playground
- Promote student well-being by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self-reliance and self-esteem, help children to practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.

The successful candidates will have;
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- First Aid qualification desirable but not essential
- Experience of working with children desirable but not essential.
