Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and around the school.

  • Encourage positive behaviour and good manners.

  • Support children during play, promoting inclusive and cooperative games.

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils in line with school policies.

  • Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas as needed.

  • Manage minor first-aid incidents (training can be provided).

    This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
