At the heart of our Trust is a simple belief: we shine brighter together. Through collaboration, innovation and a relentless focus on educational excellence, we work collectively to create the very best opportunities for the children, young people and communities we serve.

We are ambitious for every child, every school and every colleague. Our aim is to ensure that all of our schools deliver exceptional outcomes, provide outstanding educational experiences and create environments where every individual feels valued, included and empowered to succeed. We are committed to becoming regional leaders in all aspects of education, national leaders in inclusion and an employer of choice for talented professionals who want to make a meaningful difference.

Our Ambition

The Constellation Trust Ambition sets out the principles that connect our schools whilst recognising the unique contexts and communities they serve. We believe schools thrive when they retain their individuality while benefiting from the collective expertise, support and opportunities that come from being part of a strong Trust.

Together, we are committed to:

  • Delivering exceptional educational outcomes and life chances for all children
