The Priory Learning Trust is seeking to appoint dedicated and caring Lunchtime Supervisors to join our team at the Hewish site. In this role, you will support pupils at St Anne’s Church Academy during their lunch break, ensuring a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment as they eat and socialise with their peers.

Working hours are a minimum of 1 hour per day, with flexibility available for candidates unable to commit to all 5 school days.

What you will do to be successful here:

  • Oversee children at lunchtime, supported by other team members.
  • Promote student well-being by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self-reliance and self-esteem, help them to practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.
  • Help with the setting up and clearing away of the school hall.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Some experience of supervising children, ideally in a school context.
  • Reliability, motivation and resilience under pressure.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
