We are seeking a committed Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team of support staff at our secondary school based in Newcastle under Lyme. About This Role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:

Supervising learners in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunchtime.

Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring learners follow the school rules.

Supporting young people to play safely, resolve minor disputes, and develop social skills.

Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming lunchtime environment.

The ideal candidate will:

Has a friendly, approachable, and patient manner.

Can work well as part of a team.

Is reliable, punctual, and committed to the wellbeing of our learners.

Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential - training will be provided.
