Lunchtime Supervisor job summary
Waverley Academy has an opportunity for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join their committed team during the daily lunchtime period to encourage sports and games.

Main duties:
- To encourage and support pupils playing sports and taking part in activities over lunchtime
- To oversee the children in the playground, ensuring there is a safe environment at all times
- To work as part of the lunchtime team
- To actively promote the Academy’s positive behaviour policy and core values
- To encourage a healthy lifestyle through active promotion of positive play.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with children in a primary setting
- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Enjoy sports and games and be able to encourage pupil involvement
- Be kind, caring and compassionate
- Have a First Aid Certificate (desirable).
