About the Role

This is a brand-new, high-impact role at the heart of our Trust. You’ll lead on internal and external communications, drive brand visibility, and support executive operations—all while helping us tell our story in compelling, creative ways.

From managing social media and designing campaigns to supporting the CEO and coordinating Trust-wide events, you’ll be a key player in bringing our mission—Empowering Everyone, Achieving Together—to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Trust’s digital presence across social media, websites, and internal platforms
  • Create engaging content—blogs, videos, newsletters, and more
  • Support staff recruitment and wellbeing initiatives through creative marketing
  • Manage executive diaries, meetings, and communications
  • Coordinate strategic projects and Trust-wide events
  • Be the go-to person for branding, media relations, and crisis communications

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in marketing, communications, and digital content creation
  • Confidence working with leadership teams and external agencies
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, design tools)
