We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Business Partner to lead the HR function and services across the Trust, including:

  • Leading the strategic development, evaluation and continuous improvement of the trust's HR strategy, aligned to organisational priorities and growth plans
  • Partnering with senior and academy leaders as a credible advisor on complex organisational, workforce and employee relations matters
  • Driving organisational design, workforce planning and change management across the trust's all-through 3–19 model
  • Championing a data-driven, commercially astute approach to HR service delivery and decision-making
  • Building leadership capability across the trust to embed a high-performance, values-led people culture

You will be an experienced HR generalist, qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above and will be a confident communicator with good HR knowledge and expertise and the ability to quickly establish your credibility and build professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate management of a range of employee relations issues, delivering training programmes in HR practices and have experience of leading organisational change projects including, restructuring, HR data development and TUPE.

You will be part of a centralised HR Team based primarily at either our Guisborough or Stockton College Campuses, but this post will involve working across multiple locations within the Trust.
