What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Excellent classroom teacher with the proven ability to provide effectively for the individual needs for all children
  • Can demonstrate clear structures for lessons, maintaining pace, motivation and challenge
  • Ability to form positive relationships with Children, Staff, Parents, Governors and the wider community
  • Ability to create a challenging and engaging learning environment within a calm, purposeful, nurturing classroom ethos which motivates and supports children
  • High expectation and proven ability to move children forward in their learning
  • Communicate effectively (written and orally) to a variety of audiences
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and an ability to establish a healthy work/ life balance.
  • Experience of working in a primary school
