What skills and experience we're looking for
- Excellent classroom teacher with the proven ability to provide effectively for the individual needs for all children
- Can demonstrate clear structures for lessons, maintaining pace, motivation and challenge
- Ability to form positive relationships with Children, Staff, Parents, Governors and the wider community
- Ability to create a challenging and engaging learning environment within a calm, purposeful, nurturing classroom ethos which motivates and supports children
- High expectation and proven ability to move children forward in their learning
- Communicate effectively (written and orally) to a variety of audiences
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and an ability to establish a healthy work/ life balance.
