The candidate will be an excellent
classroom practitioner who can evidence successful outcomes for students in Key
Stage 4, through a personalised approach to curriculum planning, delivery and
engagement. They must have considerable experience of working with vulnerable, challenging
students and raising their aspirations and outcomes.
The successful candidate will need a
proven ability of working independently, have strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to manage behaviour successfully.
You will also enjoy team work and have
experience of working collaboratively with a range of staff and other
professionals. Candidates will also be expected to deliver enrichment
activities as part of the reward system.
Successful applicants could be required
to work across any of the associated sites subject to operational needs.
