What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a well-organised, experienced administrator to work as part of the Maths Hub team, based at The Willink School.

The Mobius Maths Hub is funded by the Department for Education, as part of the national Maths Hub Network, to provide expertise and professional development in all areas of mathematics education across a large region of the South-West. The Mobius Maths Hub is an integral part of The Willink School which is committed to teacher training and professional development.

We are seeking to appoint an administrator to join our team from January 2026 until August 2027.

We invite applications from candidates who are computer literate and with confident use of Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and CRM systems. The right candidate should have experience in administration, event management and digital marketing. The ability to prioritise work is essential. The successful candidate will have access to a comprehensive training programme.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school. It has 1236 students on roll including 206 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting South West of Reading. The school received an exceptionally strong Ofsted report in October 2023.
