About You

  • We are seeking to appoint an aspirational and dedicated leader to promote excellence
    in mathematics education and to have strategic oversight across the London South East Plus Maths Hub
  • We welcome applications from colleagues in any phase of education, including EYs, Primary, Secondary and Post-16
  • This role is suited to someone who wishes to progress his or her career within school and system leadership
  • Applicants may currently be middle leaders who are ready for the next step, or senior leaders who are looking to further progress their leadership
  • As Maths Hub Lead, you will have the desire and drive to harness all the maths leadership and expertise within the school, across the hub area and beyond, and lead a collaborative network of professionals across hundreds of schools. You will be an enthusiastic and passionate leader and team member
  • As Assistant Headteacher you will be part of the senior leadership team and will represent and report to the school as appropriate. You will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of achievement and up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching strategies and models of professional development. You will participate fully in the life of Redriff school, serving its children and community

  • This is a really unique opportunity where the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing support, development and coaching, working closely with the Senior Leadership Link for the hub.
