Maths Teacher job summary
Maths Teacher Wanted — Could You Be Our Missing Term?
Do you have enthusiasm in abundance, a willingness to learn and the ability to explain algebra without immediately reaching for a biscuit? We would love to hear from you. Biscuit enthusiasts are, of course, equally welcome.
We’re looking for a Maths teacher to join our busy secondary school and become part of our strong, well-staffed Maths department. Recently fully refurbished, the department offers a fresh setting for fresh ideas — and colleagues who know that a problem shared is a problem halved. Unless it’s a fraction, when things can get complicated.
September 2027 marks an exciting new chapter as we become fully co-educational and take the name The Capstone School. We’re looking for someone keen to learn, contribute and help shape that future, bringing energy, curiosity and a love of Maths to the classroom.
If that sounds like you, let’s talk. We think you could really add something.
In return, we will offer you:
An incredibly supportive group of colleagues and leaders
Comprehensive induction programme with a commitment to CPD
Care First Employee Assistance Programme
Non-contributory membership of Benenden Private Health Care Cover
Membership of the Teachers Government Pension Scheme
Two-week half term in October
Cycle To Work Scheme
