What skills and experience we're looking for

Being a Mealtime Supervisor is much more than just watching the children. We need a person who will develop our children’s social skills in the lunch hall, and proactively initiate play activities in the playground.

You must be:

  • committed to providing a positive lunchtime experience for the children
  • able to control and manage groups of children
  • friendly, caring and approachable
  • able to work as part of a team
  • helpful and understanding
  • resourceful and energetic
  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusive practice and equal opportunities for all

What the school offers its staff

The successful candidate would be joining our team who, collectively, are responsible for supporting and helping the children in the dining area and also in the playground during the meal break. We pride ourselves in being a nurturing, inclusive school.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
