Mid Day Assistant job summary

We are looking for a cheerful, positive and motivated person who wishes to support children and families?

The Governors would like to appoint a Midday Assistant to support the lunchtime team here at school.

The Governors are looking for an individual who is able to assist the children during lunchtime with hot meals or packed lunches and to set up and clear up the dinner hall. In return, we can offer pupils who are very rewarding to work with, supportive colleagues who have a sense of humour and a governing body who prioritise staff well-being.

This role is for two hours a day in term time between 11:30am and 1:30pm. Please note there is a physical aspect to this position and the successful candidate will be required to be able to put up and take down the dinner tables and chairs as well as sweep and clear the dinner hall.
