What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint two committed, highly motivated and caring people to join our team of Midday Assistants, supervising children during lunchtime.
Duties will include:
Acting as an excellent role model for the children, encouraging them to develop their social skills.
Supervising children to and from the hall and during mealtimes, promoting excellent behaviour at all times.
Interacting with the children and using initiative to organise activities to engage them on the playground. (or in the classroom during wet play)
