Contract: Permanent
Hours: 10 hours, 38 weeks (term time only)
Working pattern: 11.30am – 1.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Pathway 1, £5,334 - £5,418(FTE £23,656 - £24,027)

Your role:
As a Midday Assistant at Thomas Deacon Academy Juniors, you will supervise our junior school pupils during the lunchtime period in the refectory and in open play spaces. You will have the courage to confidently address inappropriate behaviour in line with our behaviour management policy. You will be committed to ensuring the smooth running of the refectory, including setting up and putting away tables and equipment. You are role model for courtesy through being respectful and polite at all times. You are compassionate showing kindness and understanding in all interactions. You are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people.
