What skills and experience we're looking for
Oakfield Primary Academy are looking to appoint a hardworking, flexible member of staff to join their team as a Midday Meals Supervisor.
The post will be for 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 11.15am -12.45pm each day. You will be paid £22,071 full time equivalent within the Kent range, actual pro rata salary £3,782.93 based on 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, support and guide the children during the lunchtime period. This will involve time both on the playground and in the nursery supervising the children as they eat. Although previous experience would be preferable it is not considered essential full training and induction will be given. The ability to communicate effectively with children and the ability to ensure their well-being and maintain their safety is essential.

Oakfield Primary Academy is situated on the borders of Dartford and Bexley, serving Dartford and Wilmington.
Judged by Ofsted in 2014 as a GOOD school, we are working hard to provide the best possible experiences for all children.
We are a large school with three forms of entry, and with a nursery on site too, we have capacity for 758 children. A new build has very recently been completed in order to give us a brand new hall and extra five classrooms.
We are part of The Galaxy Trust which is the successful partnership between Oakfield Primary Academy, Temple Hill Primary Academy and West Hill Primary Academy.
