This is a role for someone who enjoys working with children, fostering positive behaviour and ensuring that lunchtime is a joyful and engaging experience for all pupils. If you’re caring, reliable, and enthusiastic, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Supervising and supporting pupils during family-style dining and lunchtime play in the dining hall, playground, and local park.

Promoting pupils' safety, well-being, positive behaviour, and social development during the lunchtime period.

Encouraging participation in activities and maintaining a calm and orderly environment.

Working closely with pupils, teachers, senior leaders, and other support staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

What we're looking for:

Someone who enjoys working with children and building positive relationships.

The ability to supervise and engage children in play and social activities.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

A calm, positive and professional approach to managing behaviour and responding to incidents.

Willingness to undertake relevant training and follow school policies and procedures.
