The Role : Midday Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Superintendent to join our team. This is a permanent position, working 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time only (38 weeks per year).

As a Midday Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils throughout the lunchtime period. You will oversee lunchtime supervision both indoors and outdoors, creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all children.

You will lead and support the team of Supervisory Assistants, coordinate the smooth running of lunchtime arrangements, and work closely with teaching staff and the Catering Manager to ensure pupils are well cared for. The role also includes monitoring health and safety, administering minor first aid where required, and reporting any concerns or incidents to the Line Manager.
