  • Access to extensive, high-quality CPL at every stage of your career, including opportunities to grow as a leader.
  • The opportunity to progress across the partnership, realising your career ambitions.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme, offering specialist support including counselling, financial support, and legal advice.
  • A fantastic working environment, with a team that works together for the benefit of the children in our schools.
  • A varied job where no day is the same!

  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Can work effectively with and without direction.
  • Has enthusiasm, energy, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Is a team player.
  • Is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

Your core duties will be:

  • Ensuring that the overall arrangement for children to dine promotes an orderly and pleasant meal service
  • Supervising the return of used trays, crockery, and cutlery by the children
  • Ensuring that tables are left clean for the next occupancy
