Midday Supervisor job summary

Are you a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children?

Burton Joyce Primary School is looking for a dedicated Midday Supervisor to become a valued member of our friendly and supportive team.


In this vital role, you’ll help ensure our pupils have a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
  • Encouraging positive play and social interaction
  • Assisting with lunchtime routines and promoting good behaviour
  • Whether it’s sunny outdoor fun, or indoor activities on rainy days, you’ll be there to support and engage with our students.


No previous experience? No problem! Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
