Chantry Academy is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and supportive lunchtime experience for our students.

Job title: Midday Supervisor (MDSA) – 2 Positions Available

Location: Chantry Academy

Contract:Permanent, Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Salary: ALT Grade B - £5,346.12-£5,388.15 Annually Actual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising students during their lunch breaks across various areas, including the dining hall, playground, and cloakrooms
  • Encouraging positive social interactions and healthy meal choices
  • Ensuring the health, safety, welfare, and safeguarding of students during lunch breaks
  • Assisting with dining area organisation and clean-up, including managing minor spillages
  • Upholding and modelling the Academy's values, ethos, and behavioural standards
