What skills and experience we're looking for
Edgewood Primary School has an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and committed Midday Supervisor team.
The successful candidate must:
- Have high standards of behaviour and be able to use positive behaviour management to encourage and promote excellent behaviour.
- Be kind, sympathetic and want the best for all our children.
- Be IT literate to input information onto our school information system (after training on this system).
- Be an excellent communicator with children and all other staff, including fellow middays, teachers, TAs, office staff, kitchen staff and the school’s leadership.
- Keep information confidential.
What the school offers its staff
As a school we offer a staff body who can help with your training and help you develop further. We have offered training for Midday Supervisors on behaviour (from internal and external trainers) and safeguarding and are happy to help you if you have other training needs.
