Holme Hall Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils. (HHPMD4)
About the Role As a Midday Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring children are safe, well-supported, and engaged during the lunchtime period. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas while promoting positive behaviour and encouraging inclusive play.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pupils during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors.
Ensure the safety and welfare of all children at all times.
Encourage positive behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
Support children in the dining hall and promote good table manners.
Organise and encourage safe, inclusive play activities.
Respond appropriately to minor accidents and report any concerns.
Work effectively as part of the school team to provide a positive lunchtime experience.
