Loddon Primary Federation is looking for an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team to cover a long-term sickness absence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our children enjoy a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime experience.

Job Title: Midday Supervisor

Location: Loddon Primary Federation

Contract: Temporary - until the return of the absent staff member, 3.67 hours per week, Monday, Thursday & Friday,38 weeks per year

Salary: ALT Grade B Points 3-4 £2,024.81-£2,040.73 Annually (actual)

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising pupils during lunch breaks to maintain order and prevent accidents
  • Assisting pupils with tasks such as opening food containers, cleaning up spills, and resolving minor disputes
  • Ensuring that pupils follow academy rules and behaviour expectations during lunchtime
