Midday Supervisor job summary

What we need

We are seeking to appoint caring and compassionate individuals to work as a Midday Supervisor at our friendly and ambitious school. Experience of working with pupils with a range of complex needs is desirable and a passion for enabling pupils with Special Educational Needs to achieve their full potential is essential. The hours of work are approximately 11.30am - 1.30pm. Monday to Friday.

The core purpose of the role will be:

  • To support pupils during lunchtimes, including meal times and play times, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the pupils during the lunch period
  • To respond to behaviour situations and follow school policies and procedures (training provided) to support those involved
