Midday Supervisor required to join our positive and friendly team
Willow Farm is a friendly and caring primary school and is part of Equals Trust. Equals Trust is a multi-academy trust with primary schools across Southern Nottinghamshire. Our children are enthusiastic and well-behaved learners who really enjoy coming to school.
Do you enjoy working with children? We have a vacancy for a reliable, child-centred Midday Supervisor to join our team of dedicated lunchtime staff who work to support children with their lunch and to ensure the safety and enjoyment of their playtime. Sometimes, the duties of a Midday Supervisor may include working with and supporting an individual child on a more 1:1 basis.
We are looking for a practitioner who:
- Has a positive working attitude and is able to multi - task
- Has an awareness of effective behaviour management strategies
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with the children and colleagues.
- Encourages a positive and inclusive atmosphere at lunchtime
- Has a friendly and approachable demeanour
