- have the drive and commitment to make a positive impact on school standards, pupil engagement and achievement.
- promote teamwork and be a professional role model for other staff.
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status
Essential Experience:
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Experience leading an aspect of school e.g. curriculum subject
Desirable Qualification:
- Leadership qualification e.g. NPQML
Desirable Experience:
- Working with different age groups

The Head Teacher, children and governors of Heasandford Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding and dedicated Middle Leader and class teacher to join our highly-skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and passionate teacher to take the next step in their career by gaining a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for leading either a year group or key aspect of the curriculum, at our large and thriving school.
