Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust is a cross-phase multi academy trust. Currently of twelve schools, one secondary and eleven primaries, which includes a mix of both Church of England and community schools, based in and around Harrogate and Craven. With an underpinning mission of “ambition, learning and enrichment for all,” our schools deliver high-quality education through rich and broad learning experiences that enable pupils to flourish.

We are seeking a School Business Manager who has high levels of initiative and motivation, who can effectively work as part of the Central Trust Team providing operational and strategic support to Headteachers, Senior Teams and the Trust to ensure our schools meet their educational aims and objectives, taking specific responsibility day to day for school finance, HR, health and safety and site management.

The successful candidate will have Oatlands Infant School, Harrogate as their primary base school, but will also be expected to work across other schools within the Trust. The role creates opportunities to lead on a wide range of areas, allowing the postholder to use their extensive experience of working in a business management environment, to do so.
