Supporting access to the wider curriculum (e.g. History, Geography).

At times, you may be asked to support other children across the year group. Flexibility, collaboration, and a team-first approach are essential.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is confident working 1:1, in small groups, and within a whole-class setting.

  • Can work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and colleagues to support learning and behaviour.

  • Brings warmth, patience, and resilience to the role.

  • Builds strong, positive relationships with children and parents.

  • Promotes self-esteem, inclusion, and emotional development.

✨ If you are enthusiastic about supporting children to thrive and want to be part of a positive, forward-thinking school, we would love to hear from you!
