What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience designing age-appropriate PE programs tailored to the developmental needs of primary school children;

Proven track record in promoting physical literacy, health, and well-being among young children;

Experience in managing and organising school sports events, including inter-school competitions and after-school clubs;

Leadership in mentoring and training other staff or sports coaches in delivering effective PE lessons;

Experience in creating inclusive PE activities for pupils of all abilities, including those with special educational needs;

Strong background in child safeguarding practices and first aid certification relevant to a school setting.

Enthusiasm for promoting an active lifestyle and sports participation among children;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff;

Positive references from previous coaching or related roles.
