Actual Salary Range -
£22,680 - £23,794 (under 5 years’ service) to £23,196 - £24,336 (over 5 years’ service)
Term time only - working 36 hours per week (8.30am - 4.12pm), 38 weeks per year
We are seeking to appoint 2 x team players within the Year 8 and Year 9 offices who will be responsible for all administrative duties, working in partnership with the relevant Head of Year and the Deputy Headteacher: Pastoral and Inclusion
You will support students on their development, both academically and pastorally. Champion the ethos and culture of the school; recognising, supporting and leading on ‘standards’ in all areas, for your cohort of students. Also, to support students in their learning and encourage positive attitudes and behaviour in and around school. Promote a culture of good attendance, working with students and families to identify potential barriers, intervene and support, where necessary. Respond and deal with written and/or verbal enquiries from students, staff, parents/legal guardians, visitors and other outside personnel.
