Following the expansion of our vibrant two-form entry primary school, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new, purpose-built Nursery this September! We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly skilled Nursery Nurse to join our foundation stage team and help create an inspiring, nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Planning: Partner with our Nursery Teacher to design dynamic daily sessions.
- Outdoor Learning: Utilise our incredible school grounds to deliver rich, active outdoor activities.
- Child Development: Support children individually or in groups across the entire Early Years curriculum.
- Creative Spaces: Design, mount, and refresh vibrant classroom wall displays to celebrate learning.
- Community Connection: Participate in rewarding parent workshops (like "Cooking with Children") and conduct home visits to welcome new families.
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance for 1 to 5 classroom support staff.
- Holistic Care: Manage routine welfare needs, first aid, and administrative duties (such as recording milestones or collecting trip money).
