What skills and experience we're looking for

• Full and relevantLevel 3 Early Years qualification.
• Pediatric First Aid Qualificationis desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
• Previous experience working with children aged 2–3 years.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
