Our school has the capacity for 420 primary students and we currently have 180 children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Our 56 place nursery is open all year round from 7.30am until 6pm and has funded and full-time daycare places. We are able to accept children from the age of six months.
Our school is part of the REAch2 Academy Trust which promotes strong cultural, social values and an innovative, up-to date curriculum for its schools. Newhall Primary Academy and Nursery promotes a ‘Growth Mindset’ approach to provide all of our children with equal opportunity to empower and independently challenge themselves.
At Newhall we aim to provide an exciting, broad and engaging curriculum, which encourages our children to become confident and resilient life-long learners. We want our children not just to achieve, but to exceed expectations and attain the very best results they can, academically, creatively and personally.
We offer a safe, nurturing and creative learning environment, which enables us to ensure our children are supported, challenged, inspired and motivated through a breadth of learning experiences and opportunities. We are an inclusive school where everyone is equally valued.
Our families are exceptionally proud of their school. They generously support school fundraising events and parent attendance at productions, special curriculum days and teacher meetings is excellent.
