Nursery Practitioner - Little Herons
About us
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced individual with an NVQ level 2 in Early Years, to work at Little Herons Nursery based at West Monkton Primary School. The successful candidate will be an excellent early years practitioner who can provide a stimulating, high quality and innovative early years learning experience for our youngest children.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to deliver high quality childcare in a safe and caring environment, for children as young as 2 years of age
- Monitor key children's development
- Ensure effective communication with parents, other professionals and outside agencies
- Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children and the setting
- Support the ethos, vision and Christian distinctiveness
Key Requirements:
- Qualified NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years
- Knowledge of OFSTED Standards and Inspections
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children
- Demonstrate drive towards absolute excellence

Salary: Grade 14, point 4
Actual Gross Salary: £17,486
