- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- The confidence and creativity to engage pupils with complex needs
- High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Experience adapting curriculum delivery to support inclusion and engagement
