We are seeking a confident and friendly administrative/office assistant for our school office, working as part of a team of two.

You will be the ‘front of house’ first contact for visitors and staff; therefore, a positive and up-beat attitude and a welcoming smile is important. School offices can be busy places and require people who are patient, calm and friendly at all times.

Your role will have a particular emphasis on effective communication with stakeholders and the general public and therefore good and reliable numeracy/literacy skills are essential. Competent ICT skills are vital to this post as most of the tasks are computer based. Hours of work, Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.00pm.

In order to assist in the efficient running of the school, the successful applicant is likely to be someone who is organised, approachable and willing to learn and adapt each day. We look forward to meeting you.
