Term Time plus one additional week, 36 hours and 40 mins per week, Monday – Friday. Permanent. To commence as soon as possible.

The Pinnacle Learning Trust, in partnership with Alexandra Park Junior School, is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join the administration team at the school.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the school office, building good relationships with all pupils, parents, staff, governors and outside agencies. The school office is an extremely dynamic, busy and fast paced environment, requiring someone who has the ability to multitask, whilst remaining calm. The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable, committed to providing an excellent service, and will pay particular attention to detail.

We are looking to appoint a hardworking, honest, dependable and self-motivated person who can demonstrate a firm commitment to the ethos, aims and values of the school. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to their work and ability to work independently as well as play a key role within a busy team. You should have excellent communication skills and a good experience of working in administration and/or finance roles. Previous experience of working in education may be an advantage, but is not an essential criteria for this role.

Alexandra Park Junior School

Alexandra Park Junior School serves around 360, Key Stage 2 pupils in the Glodwick area of Oldham. It provides a Key Stage 2 education for pupils from 7 years of age. Alexandra Park Junior School became an academy and joined The Pinnacle Learning Trust on 1st April 2024. This has been very positively received by staff and the school’s local community. We are proud of the Alexandra Park ethos; celebrating diversity and inclusion in addition to having high expectations and excellent pastoral provision.
