Office Administrator and Receptionist job summary
Salford City Academy is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to appoint an Office Administrator and Receptionist. We wish to appoint an outstanding individual who can support us in the next stage of our journey towards excellence and provide a high level of service to the Academy.
The Office Administrator and Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Academy’s business support services. This position supports the leadership team and serves as a key point of contact for students, parents and staff. The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to work without direct supervision, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining knowledge of the contribution to the Academy Improvement Priorities. You will also demonstrate impeccable professionalism, unwavering determination, and relentless optimism.
You will ensure a warm, friendly, effective, and highly professional service is provided to all stakeholders. This is a rewarding position for an organised and efficient individual to play a pivotal role in a busy and forward-thinking Academy for the right candidate there could be opportunities to progress within the role and develop further across the Academy.
