The Role

Brooksward School is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be supporting both the administrative side of the school and the front-of-house reception, helping everything run smoothly and making sure visitors, staff and families feel supported and informed.

Whether you're managing paperwork, answering calls or greeting parents and visitors with a smile, you’ll be a key part of our school community. We’re proud of our inclusive and positive environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares our values and enjoys being part of a team.
