Office Administrator job summary

We are seeking a diligent and proactive school administrator with good interpersonal skills and high standards. In return, we can promise a school full of amazing children, a genuine staff team and a well-resourced environment. The School Administrator will be directly responsible to the Headteacher but will work closely with other school staff. The role is 30 hours per week term time only.

We are seeking:

Someone that is proactive and diligent

At least 2 years experience of working in a busy office environment is desirable

A conscientious person who sets high standards with attention to detail,

Someone who can develop good relationships with staff, pupils and parents and has excellent communication skills

A good team member, but able to work independently

Someone who is good at multi-tasking

experience in finance, HR, premises would be advantageous
