Office Administrator job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator to support the running of our school office. This is a part time position, working 37 hours a week between 08:30 and 16:30, Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 on a Friday each week, 40 weeks per year.
Purpose of the Role: To provide general administration support to the School under the direction or instruction of Senior Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, completion of routine forms, school meals.
Update manual and computerised records/management information systems
Provide administrative support to teaching and non teaching staff.
What We’re Looking For
Experience of working in a school office environment (Desirable)
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Evidence of computer proficiency, including Word and Excel
Ability to organise
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
